Ok, Washington DC, one more time: FIRST it has to snow, THEN you cancel school. I know, it's confusing. Honest mistake. You'll get 'em next time.

This city is crazy! All they did was predict a storm and school got cancelled? It's not even accumulating! We'll get maybe an inch. AN INCH! To see if we should have school, our dean would throw his dog off the porch. If, once the dog landed, Dean Ghory could still see any fur at all, we would still have school. Don't ask what kind of dog. I don't remember. And for the purpose of this rant, any dog works, because all dogs are taller than ONE INCH.
